Ricky's NYC is a chain of 40 retail location in need of technology lead and in store technical support.
Work Performed
Team was working on the daily basis on all aspects of retail store operations.
Some of the daily tasks:
- Support POS systems for connectivity, training and setup.
- Setup GSM internet backup to assure 100% up time of store registers.
- Remote desktop support of all office and store employees.
- Setup and installation of CCTV monitoring system.
- Maintain audio and video system at retail locations.
- Setup WIFI mesh using Ubiquiti equipment.
- Replace and troubleshoot hardware, desktop re imaging.
Work Results
Ongoing support of store operation in multiple US States.
