JD Edwards Performance Testing
A global organization migrated from Oracle Cloud to another hosting provider due to problems with capacity and slow application performance. New cloud environment needed to be certified that it would support peak transaction volumes without downtime.
Developed 12 Load Runner scripts with a mix of protocols to execute a series of tests against Oracle JD Edwards environment. The mix of scripts focused on different areas and business processes of the system that was assembled into 3 scenarios, which were executed to certify that system can support peak transaction volumes.
The organization didn't experienced down times during higher than previous peak times due to tuning and enhancements that were identified and addressed through performance testing. Furthermore, the organization was able to continue with global expansion through acquisitions and adding higher volume of users to the system.
