Description

Required

VirtualizationConfiguration

The container for the bucket’s virtualization configuration.

Yes

Status

The bucket’s virtualization status. Options are:

  • Enabled — The bucket is configured as a virtual bucket.

  • Disabled — The bucket is not configured as a virtual bucket. If a bucket that was once enabled for virtualization is subsequently disabled, the objects that are in regions other than the bucket’s home region remain in those other regions and continue to be retrievable via GET Object requests. After virtualization is disabled, new objects that are PUT to the bucket will all be stored in the bucket’s home region.
